If you need work done

Call the number at the top of this page. Tell us what you have noticed, where, and roughly how long it has been going on, and give us your postal code. We will put you through to the partner covering your area.

Clearing and most repairs are within a few days. A trough frozen solid in the middle of winter is same-day, because the water has nowhere to go while it waits. Installation is booked a week or two out and not in deep cold, because sealants need temperature.

Everything else

Email booking@gettorontoeavestrough.com. That includes corrections to anything on this site, data protection requests, and questions about how we work with our partners.

We are not the contractor, so we cannot answer questions about a specific job already booked — the partner attending is the right contact for that.

What we are, and what we are not

Toronto Eavestrough is not a contractor. We do not employ technicians, hold trade licences, carry out work, or supervise our partner companies.

You pay us nothing at any point.

What we do not warrant

We take reasonable care to work only with licensed and insured operators, but we do not warrant the workmanship, conduct, timeliness or pricing of any partner. Any contract for work is between you and that company.

If something goes wrong with work carried out, the company that did it is the first point of contact, and the Toronto contractors' licensing board is the route for a formal complaint. We would also want to know, at booking@gettorontoeavestrough.com.

Information on this site

The guidance here is general information, not an inspection of your property and not professional advice. Identification from a description or a photograph is unreliable; somebody looking at the system is what establishes what you actually have.

Nothing here is a structural assessment, and nothing here is an instruction to go up on a roof. A wet, frosted or snow-covered roof is genuinely dangerous, and a sagging ceiling is holding water above it. Both are reasons to call somebody, not to climb.
